How my journey began
A champion of employees in business, higher education, and government, I am passionate about developing people and helping them live their happiest and most effective lives. I am a certified coach (ACC, NCC, CPQC), mentor and group facilitator focused on positive intelligence and ontological coaching.
My professional journey began at Columbia University School of Law helping students find their perfect job and career path. More recently it involved supporting women students, faculty and staff at a STEM university in Colorado. My experience includes entrepreneur, parent, community volunteer and administrator. Along the way, I’ve been honored to receive awards and recognition for outstanding mentoring and DI&A employee engagement. My coaching training is through Newfield Network in Boulder, Colorado. I work to help people find their best path to success, effectiveness, and happiness. I utilize various assessment tools to help clients understand their motivations, strengths and saboteurs including Positive Intelligence (PQ), VIA Character Strengths and CoreStrengths 2.0. Through coaching, I enable people to see new possibilities for their lives and help clients develop skills in conflict management, communication, time management, career planning, leadership development, positive intelligence, mindfulness and the pursuit of peace and happiness.
